We have never had any issues with it. It does have a Blue title and has never been in an accident. For the first 2 years we owned it, it was kept in the garage every day and just driven to and from work. Since then, I have stayed home with my kids, so it is only really driven on the weekends or to doctor's appointments now. When we bought the Highlander {December of 07}, it had 32,000 miles on it and it now has almost 79,500. I would also like to add that we did just have it appraised at our local Carmax and it checked out in all of the categories as in "Good Condition." {I do have a picture of the check sheet}.
