1957 Ford Ranchero. First year of the Rancheros. Customized inside and out. Very clean. , , 351 Winsor engine; rebuilt in July 2009; only about 600 miles on this engine , , C6 transmission, , 9” Ford rear end, , Front disk brakes. New rear drum brakes in July 2009. , , Front end alignment and new front tires in August 2010; only about 200 miles on these tires. Vista wheels: 17 front; 18 back, , Air ride, , Optima Battery; kill switch inside ride, , Power windows, switches under the dash, , Door poppers; on the key ring and buttons under the body below the doors, , Surfboard center console. Radio/CD player is in center console , , Lokar shifter , , Compartments built in the bed for the air ride equipment & battery; and another one for the spare tire , , California cover , , There are no wipers (we use rain x); and no a/c (but have floor vents for air flow under the dash), , Since we have owned, we mainly attend local car events, and have received awards/trophies. Only one out of state trip in this ride since 2009 and that was to Nashville Goodguys event in May 2010. , , This ride has been dependable.
