Just out of storage and onto our lot is this barn find 1973 Dodge Challenger that the previous owner has owned and drove the last 24 years. It has been sitting the last 2 or three years and is an excellent project car. It runs and drives and is powered by a 360V8 engine with AFB 4bb carburetor, and backed up by a 727 automatic transmission. The undercarriage looks solid and original with an exception of the rear frame rails way at the back has rust and also has rust in the trunk floor. This challenger came from the factory B5 Blue with white vinyl roof, and blue bucket seat with slapstick and console interior and that is how it is still today. The previous owner has told up that he thought the miles were right at 70,000 but this car had a lot of deterioration and needs to be all restored. As far as rust goes the lower rear quarters, lower front fenders, and a couple of spots in the rockers need patch panels. The doors look real good and shut excellent. The body lines and door alignment are good. This car is ruff but is original and has not been messed with and abused. It is equipped with power disk brakes, original Am FM radio, console, and older Cragar SS rims.
