This 1977 Chevrolet Monte Carlo has been in the same family since new. The car was purchased from Beacon Chevrolet in Lynn MA where it spent its entire life. With only 1 single repaint, approx. 10 yrs. ago, this Chevy has straight body lines and clearly visible solid orig. body panels, solid orig. rear quarters, doors, fenders, hood and rear trunk lid. The white landau roof was replaced during the repaint and looks terrific. Factory orig. chrome bumpers, trim, bright work, stainless is original and considered in excellent shape. Rock solid orig. trunk pan, orig. paint in the trunk jamb area. Trunk weather strip is original, not worn, dried or cracked, full size spare tire, jack and trunk mat, along with the inner rear quarter cardboard extension covers are in the trunk. Notice the 1 wide white accent body side molding that also was replaced with new ones during the repaint. Dual color keyed sport racing mirrors with drivers side remote. 15 Rally wheels with P245-60R 15 BF Goodrich TA raised white letter radials...like new. Wheel opening moldings, lower rocker moldings, full tinted glass are original, including the windshield. Chrome headlight bezels front grille are in super nice condition. Only the rear tail light bezels are slightly pitted, but overall in very good condition. Appearance...this car is a very nice driver. Options are: factory air...works great, still R-12, full tinted glass, PW, am-fm stereo w-dual speakers, remote drivers side mirror, rear defogger and F41 sway bar in the rear. This one family owned car has always been garaged, no winters, non smoker. Doors that dont sag and the interior is totally original including the carpet (slightly faded on the center hump). No wear or tear inside the cars headliner rear sail panels, door panels, seat covers are in very good condition. Everything works except for the clock. Showing 94,495 actual miles...very clean for being 36 yrs old! Comfortable seats, only a minor crack noticed on the top of the dash pad. Checking out the hood is basically all stock. Its engine 305 V8 with 2 barrel carb. The car has all the stock emission hoses with the factory charcoal canister. New alternator, factory exhaust manifolds with dual Flow Master mufflers gives the car a nicely tuned sound. The car still has its orig. paint on the engine and air cleaner element. Runs and performs exceptionally well. The under carriage has a nice, solid frame, orig. floors that have been under coated from new. Lots of eye appeal, luxury and comfort on the 1 owner Monte Carlo. Great for any new comer to the classic car world. Take this car to cruise nights and car shows and have fun! Comes with the orig. Bill of Sale, copy of orig.
