For 1963 Chevrolet completely redesigned the Corvette with the major improvement being an independent rear suspension with a single transverse leaf spring. Our all Black Corvette has been recently repainted and a new Black top was installed as well. Powered by a 327ci 250hp numbers matching Chevrolet V8 engine that has an updated Edelbrock carburetor installed. The transmission is a three speed automatic. It is equipped with an original working AM radio, brand new narrow white wall tires and the original full wheel covers. Very collectible vintage Corvette convertible with fresh Black paint, new Black replacement vinyl top and all Black interior that provides a unique, rich look. The engine is original to the car giving it additional value and desirability. In addition to the restoration previously mentioned, additional work has been performed including installing all new rubber seals and replacing the chrome bumpers.
