This "time capsule" was sold new in California and spent its life there until it was brought to the Northwest 10 years ago and stored in a climate controlled environment. The current owner has the original Protect-o-Plate, build sheet, some service history, and even the black and yellow California plates that came off the car!, , , • Exterior: There are absolutely NO rust issues in the body or in the frame of this Chevelle. It does not appear to have suffered any major damage due to an accident. The 41,000 miles on the odometer appears to be original and this Chevelle retains all of its original sheet metal. The Tuxedo Black exterior finish has had one repaint in single stage paint for the correct "sheen" sometime earlier in its lifetime.
