It runs great and exhibits no mechanical issues whatsoever. The engine runs strong, the transmission shifts smoothly, and the clutch feels good. The engine bay is very clean, and it appears as if the previous owner really kept up with all the mechanical services. No check engine lights or other emissions issues. All power options function properly, as does the AC. Good tires & brakes. Overall, its in great mechanical shape., , This car was sold new in Tampa, Florida, and was owned & driven there since. It is a true southern vehicle with no rust or corrosion. However, since it spent its entire life in the Florida sun, the clear coat has faded along the roof and deck lid, and the drivers side leather seat has dried and torn. I am currently in search of a nicer tan leather drivers seat, but have yet to find one. Other than these two issues, the rest of the car is in good cosmetic shape for its age. It has all original paint and a straight, damage-free body. The wheels are in nice shape with no siginificant rashes or clear coat peeling. The interior is clean with no stains, burns, or odors, and it has nice carpets and paneling., , Despite its cosmetic flaws, this GSR is in great mechanical shape and has plenty of life left ahead of it. Moreover, it is bone stock, has low miles, and still has its original powerplant. This little car would make an ideal daily commuter.
